Joseph’s journey in real estate began after earning his Real Estate Salesperson license.
While working as a Realtor, he quickly realized that understanding the structure and
systems of the homes he was helping clients buy or sell was essential. This realization
led him to pursue home inspection certification through the American Home Inspectors
Institute, giving him technical expertise that now complements his work as a Loan

Officer.

Today, Joseph proudly wears multiple hats: Mortgage Loan Officer, Certified Home
Inspector, Realtor, and owner of VA Home Inspect, a family-run inspection company
serving Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. His combined knowledge of
